xoxohnw Today on the blog I’m talking anxiety and what I do to help prevent / cope with it. I’ve had such a long journey with anxiety and I’m pretty open about it because I know it’s something that so many people struggle with and most don’t even know it! One thing that helps me is consistently working out. I notice a huge decrease in anxiety when I’m on a consistent work out schedule.
